General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Preamble

The following general terms and conditions govern all transactions made on the OASIS BALLOON website. Any order placed on this site implies the customer’s unconditional and irrevocable acceptance of these conditions.

Purpose

This contract is a distance contract intended to define the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale of OASIS BALLOON products on the Internet through the CMI platform.

Definitions

In this contract, the following terms are defined as follows:

  • “Distance contract”: any contract concerning goods or services between OASIS BALLOON and a Consumer within a distance selling system organized by OASIS BALLOON, which uses exclusively the Internet network until the conclusion of the contract, including the contract’s conclusion itself.
  • “Consumer”: any natural person acting for personal purposes, and any legal entity acting on behalf of its organization.
  • “Order form”: document indicating the characteristics of the Products ordered by the Consumer and which must be signed by them via a “double click” to engage.
  • “Order”: act by which the Consumer commits to buying Products and OASIS BALLOON commits to delivering them.

Price

Prices shown on the site are in euros (EUR) including all taxes (TTC), valid at the time of the customer's consultation, and effective at the moment of ordering. The order form and transactions are conducted in euros (EUR).

Payment Method

To pay your order, choose among the payment methods offered by OASIS BALLOON on the payment page.
The debit transaction will be processed within the day following the delivery confirmation.
Payments are secured by the Interbank Payment Center (CMI), which provides a fully secure payment service.
The Consumer guarantees that they have the necessary authorizations to use the selected payment method at the time of order validation.
In case of credit card payment, the provisions relating to fraudulent use of the payment method as defined in agreements between the Consumer and the card issuer and between OASIS BALLOON and its banking institution apply.

Data Confidentiality

Information requested is necessary to process your order and is treated confidentially. You have the right to rectify your personal data. You may receive advertising from OASIS BALLOON unless you have opted out of such use of your personal data.

Proof of Transactions Paid by Credit Card

Data recorded by CMI on the multi-channel payment platform on behalf of OASIS BALLOON constitute proof of all commercial transactions between you and OASIS BALLOON.

Cancellation Conditions

If weather conditions do not allow flight:

  • If the forecast is reliably bad in advance and we cancel the day before arriving on site, we will reschedule the flight with the passengers or refund 100% of the payment if rescheduling is impossible.
  • If the forecast is good but conditions on site do not allow takeoff, we offer a Moroccan breakfast under the tent and refund 100% of the payment for that flight.
  • Please note: we fly an average of 350 days per year, so cancellations are rare but possible.

Cancellation by Customers – Individuals:

  • No-show at the confirmed time the day before the flight: 100% of the total booking amount is due to OASIS BALLOON.
  • Cancellation less than 24 hours before the flight: 100% of the total booking amount is due.
  • Cancellation between 14 days and more than 24 hours before the flight: 50% of the total booking amount is due.
  • Cancellation more than 14 days before the flight: 100% refund.

Cancellation by Customers – Groups (10 or more people):

  • No-show at the confirmed time the day before the flight: 100% of the total booking amount is due.
  • Any cancellation by the client/group: 100% of the total booking amount is due.

Modification of Booking – Individuals:

  • Flight date modification is possible up to 14 days before the flight.
  • Changes in the number of people:
    • If the number decreases, cancellation conditions for individuals apply.
    • If the number increases, OASIS BALLOON will try to accommodate the request based on availability.

Modification of Booking – Groups (10 or more people):

  • No modifications concerning the flight date or number of people are allowed.
