Founder of Montgolfière Sensation, Michael has come a long way since he took the reins of the company in 2010.
When he obtained his pilot’s license, he realized a long-held dream: to fly in a hot-air balloon. Thus was born Montgolfière Sensation, driven by Michael’s passion and vision. His dream was simple: to make the ballooning experience accessible to all, by offering affordable rates and exceptional flights.
And it was this concept of ballooning that Mika wanted to take with him to the African continent. A true lover of Morocco, a country of a thousand and one wonders, and guided by his love for this land, he has decided to launch his hot-air balloons into the Moroccan sky. And he’s not alone in this adventure! In partnership with Hicham, a seasoned pilot who shares the same passion for Morocco, he is embarking on the Oasis Balloon adventure!
A long-time friend of Michael’s, Hicham is Oasis Balloon’s chief pilot and head of flight operations.
Vice-president of the Moroccan hot-air balloon association, he successfully obtained his BFCL and EASA Internationale Pilatre de Rozier France licenses. With over 2,500 flights to his credit, he also became a hot-air balloon flight instructor and examiner, and a DGAC and FFAe France-approved training manager.
